Meet Jen Gunnell! She is a native Georgian whose family lived in the Jasper/Monroe County area since the 1700’s! She moved to the NE Georgia area with her two sons in 2007, and then on to White County in 2024. She says they all love it here!
Q: What do you do for a living and what do you like most about it?
“I work in interventional radiology.”
Q: What advice would you want to give or leave with people? Or , If you could go back in time to give yourself some wisdom, what would you say?
“Say yes to Jesus! It is the most important decision you will ever make!”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
“Israel. I want to experience the land where Jesus walked and will return to again.”

“I moved to Cleveland in May 2024, with the help of Denise Hosemann, the best Realtor in the area and a great friend!”

“The Old Sautee Store and Betty’s in Helen”
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
“I love the proximity to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and all of the opportunities for adventure that it provides. I also love the alcoves of art and culture here.”

“My grandmother’s banana pudding.”
Q: What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
“Streetlight Manifesto.”
Q: If you were given ONE EXTRA HOUR every day, and you could not use it for sleep, work, or with anyone else, what would you use it for?
“I would learn to play the ukelele.”

“To perform in a musical.”
