Meet Cecil Dorsey. I have lived in White County for 84 years. I moved to here when I was 5 years old.
Q: What did you do for a living and what did you like most about it?
I am retired from Nabisco. I now live at Friendship Health & Rehab. I enjoy sitting outside and eating good food.
Q: What advice would you want to give or leave with people? Or , If you could go back in time to give yourself some wisdom, what would you say?

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Indiana. I like to watch the corn being grown.
Q: What is the most beautiful place in the world you have already visited?
I traveled for 58 years singing gospel music. I loved Mississippi.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
James Mathis. We went to Young Harris together.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I like KFC.

84 years.

The atmosphere and the people.

Enjoyed Clint Eastwood films.

I’d say most people probably know everything. In case they don’t, I love women.
