Meet Jessica Barton. She and her husband, Jonathan, have two children. She enjoys scuba diving and fossil hunting. She has a Biology degree from UNG.
Q: What do you do for a living and what do you like most about it?
I started my home decor retail business, The Refined Table, in 2020, the year COVID hit. I really love being a business owner and entrepreneur. Getting to be creative and help others feeds my soul.
Q: What advice would you want to give or leave with people? Or , If you could go back in time to give yourself some wisdom, what would you say?
Never take TIME and FAMILY for granted. Love them and leave them each time like it may be your last moment with them.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Italy. I love the culture, history, and pasta! I am learning Italian now for when I finally get to go.
Q: What is the most beautiful place in the world you have already visited?
Underwater in Bonaire. The reef system and marine life is magical.
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?

The small town life. I love the slower pace of life, the Christmas parade at Christmas, and having a safe place for my family to grow and live.
